In order to strengthen
student's proficiency of Business Chinese, the
SHK head office is developing the teaching method
of having lessons while touring in China, which
will provide students with actual practicing opportunities
which allow them applying the Business Chinese
faster.
The tour-route will be
planned according to the wish of students, they
will be accompanied by their teaching all-day
round while have tour and lessons at the same
time. It will be far effective for experiencing
the actual Mandarin environment while learning
it than normal lesson.
为了强化学员的商务汉语水平，SHK总部开展到中国境内边旅游边学习的教学方式，为学员提供汉语实战机会，更快的应用商务汉语。
征求学员的愿望确定在中国的游学线路，旅游期间学员与教师朝夕相处，边旅游边学习汉语，在汉语的环境中亲身体验学习，效果远远超过一般培训。
I. Form of the tour class:
One or two students a group, a teacher will
be assigned.
Three to five students a group, two teachers
will be assigned.
Six to ten students a group, three teachers
will be assigned.
A class with eleven students and more, four
or more teachers will be assigned.
Teachers could be following the whole tour course,
or could be via the form of relaying.
一、旅游教学形式：
学员一人和两人为组，安排教师一人。
学员三人至五人为队，安排教师两人。
学员六人至十人为团，安排教师三人。
学员十一人以上为班级，安排教师四人以上。
教师可全程陪教，也可接力式陪教。
II. Lessons during the tour:
10 to 2 weeks tour class:
Travel to 2 to 3 cities or scenic spots in China.
The contents of the lesson will be a course of
1 session, 6 class hours per day, 72 class hours
per 12 days.
4 weeks tour class: Travel
to 3 to 4 cities or scenic spots in China. Study
2 sessions (2 textbooks), 6 class hours per day,
full-day class for 24 days, 4 weekend days are
used for transferring to cities and getting around.
3 months tour class: Travel
to 3 cities in China for intensive study. Including
a course of 6 sessions (6 textbooks), 6 class
hours per day, 12 weekend days are used for transferring
to cities and getting around.
二、旅游教学时间：
10天至2周旅游教学：到中国的2个到3个城市或者旅游景点旅游学习。学习内容为一期课程。每天授课6课时，12天72课时。
4周旅游教学：到中国的3个到4个城市或者旅游景点旅游学习。学习两期（两册）课程。每天授课6课时，24天全天授课，四个周日转移城市旅游。
3个月旅游教学：到中国的3个城市强化学习。学习六期课程（6册），每天授课6课时，12个周日用于转移城市和旅游。
III. Contents of teaching in tour class:
- To complete teaching tasks prescribed by
the course materials set.
- To arrange for sight seeing, visiting the
ancient scenic spots and modern sceneries in
China, including explaining throughout the sightseeing
course, let students further understand the
historical culture and modern humanities of
China, and to experience the language environment.
- To arrange for students to participate in
various kinds of business and commercial activities
in China, to visit well known local companies,
to let students understand further about modern
Chinese economic environment, and to build foundations
that allow students to carry out business activities
related to China.
- To arrange students to get in touch with
modern Chinese lives, allowing them to carry
out various kinds of exchange activities, such
as learning Chinese culinary skill in the restaurant,
to watch various kinds of art and cultural group's
performances and view various kinds of exhibitions,
etc.
- To arrange students to get in touch with
Chinese historical culture, to participate in
activities like the Chinese traditional festivals
and art festivals, etc., and to carry out face
to face exchanges.
- If need be, to assist in tying up with Chinese
families for students so that both parties could
maintain often exchange continuously, allowing
students to understand further about Chinese
society through close contacts with Chinese
families, and creating linguistic and cultural
environment for learning Mandarin.
三、旅游教学内容：
- 在旅游途中完成规定教材教学工作。
- 安排学员参观、考察中国的名胜古迹和现代景点，全程陪同讲解，让学员更深入了解中国的历史文化和现代人文，感受语言环境。
- 安排学员参加国内的各种经贸活动，参观国内知名企业，让学员更深入了解现代中国的经济环境，为他们将来进行与中国相关的商务活动打下基础。
- 安排学员接触现代中国生活，与当地进行各种交流活动，例如到餐馆学习中餐厨艺、到文艺社团观看各种演出，观看各种展览等。
- 安排学员接触中国历史文化，参加中国的传统节日及艺术节等活动，了解各种中国传统文化和技能，如国画、京剧、民乐、剪纸、武术、饮食、茶艺等，进行面对面的交流。
- 根据学员需要可以帮助联系中国结对家庭，双方建立经常的交流往来，让学员在与中国家庭的密切接触中，更深入地了解中国社会并创造学习汉语的语言和文化环境。
IV. Tour fee and arrangement:
Fee for tour class within 10 days to 2 weeks,
USD200/day/person.
Fee for tour class within 2 weeks to 4 weeks,
USD150/day/person.
Fee for tour class within 4 weeks to 3 months,
USD100/day/person.
Transportations, accommodations, meals of students
and teachers shall be paid by the students.
Textbooks and teaching tools during the tour
class are free of charge.
If the first day or the last day of the tour
class is less than half-day, then they should
be free of charge too.
The teacher shall be responsible for arrangement
of accommodation, transportation and meals.
Accommodation expenses should not exceed the
standard of USD50/day, meals should not exceed
the standard of USD20/day. Transportation charges
should be accounted at cost, which should be
paid by students.
四、游学费用和安排：
10天至两周以内的旅游教学费用为每人200美元/日。
两周至四周以内的以内的旅游教学费用为每人150美元/日。
四周至三个月以内的旅游教学费用为每人100美元/日。
学员和教师的交通、住宿、饮食费用由学员支付。
旅游学习期间的教材和教学用具不另收费。
首日迎接日和回国分别日如在半天之内不计费用。
由教师负责住宿、交通和饮食的安排。住宿不超过50美元/日标准，饮食不超过20美
元/日。交通费按实际发生费用计算。费用由学员自理。
V. Procedures of the tour class:
All personnel interested
in the tour class should register 3 months in
advance. We suggest students who wish to enroll
in this class should have studied at least 1 semester
already.
- Registration: Apply to SHK head office for
tour class, suggest the tour duration and tour
area, and please also indicate the teacher for
the tour class.
- Handling: SHK head office shall discuss together
with students regarding the itinerary and place
of visits, they shall confirm the time to be
arrived in China, and to determine the textbook
and scope of course for the tour class. Submit
fees for the tour class.
- Student Pickup: SHK head office shall send
the teacher to pick up students at the airport,
arrange for accommodation and organize small
welcome party.
- Tour class: Start the tour class according
to plan, the teacher shall accompany the students
along the tour.
- Send off: When the tour class is completed,
small sending-off party. Send-off at airport.
五、旅游学习程序：
凡有旅游学习意愿者请提前三个月前报名。建议至少学过一期的学员方可报名。
- 报名：向SHK总部提出游学申请，提出游学时间段和游学地区范围，希望任课教师为游学教师的请注明。
- 办理：SHK总部与学员共同商定游学路线和地点，确定来华时间，确定游学商务汉语教材和学习范围。交纳游学费用。
- 迎机：由SHK总部派教师机场迎接学员，安排住宿，小型欢迎会。
- 游学：按计划开始游学，教师相陪一路教学。
- 送机：游学期满，小型欢送会。机场送行。
VI. Matters regarding the tour class:
SHK head office is responsible for arranging accommodation
at various places but teachers can make adjustment
according to the actual situations. The teacher
shall be responsible for liaising transportations,
and the teacher and students should discuss and
determine meals arrangements.
The teacher should be serious in his/her teaching,
and should guarantee the quality of lessons, he/she
should not suggest various kinds of extra demands
to students, and at the same time he/she has the
rights to refuse requests beyond the scope of
lessons. The teacher should sign long-distance
attendance at SHK head office.
Students should obey teachers, study seriously,
and should not change study plan at one's own
discretion.
Both parties should respect each other, they should
learn from each other, abide the teaching agreement
and teacher-student principles, and they should
protect each other's health and safety.
六、游学相关事项：
SHK总部负责安排各地住宿，教师可根据情况进行必要的调整。交通由教师负责联系安排，饮食由教师与学员协商确定。
教师要认真教学，保证学习质量，不得向学员提出额外各种要求，同时有权拒绝学员提出的教学以外的要求。每天向SHK总部远程签到。
学员要服从教师，努力学习，不得随意改变游学计划。
双方要互相尊重，互相学习，遵守教学协议和师生原则，保护对方的健康和安全。
