I. Criteria for franchising with SHK

    The overall plan design of China Confucian Business School head office is to invite training organizations qualified for franchising with SHK to join the China Confucian Business School in countries and regions that meet up with requirements to develop franchising project in SHK's Business Chinese course, China Business course and CNC course, etc.

Criteria for joining the franchise:

1. Schools, business association, training organizations in all countries can apply for franchising with "Confucian Business School" base on voluntary principles. Applicant may join the franchise upon review and approval granted by China Confucian Business School.
   
2. Confucian Business School at all locations shall respect the guidance of the China Confucian Business School head office. They shall submit franchise fee, enjoy rights and benefits of the franchising, offer and teach courses under standard planning and regulations of the school, and they should develop all types of business and cultural exchanges.

Conditions for joining the franchise:

1. You are devoted to peace; have great passion for the world; you are people-oriented and friendly to all training organizations in China;
   
2. You are a training organization properly and legally registered at where you are located; you should have certain international training experiences, fixed training venue and management staff; and you should have local training business and training services;
   
3. You should have outstanding achievements in your field and region; and you have good social image and you are a reputable organization.

一、SHK加盟条件

    根据中国孔子商学院总部的整体规划设计，在符合条件的国家地区，发展具备连锁加盟条件的培训机构加盟中国孔子商学院，开展SHK商务汉语教学和中国商务和国学培训等特许经营项目。

加盟要求：

1. 本着自愿的原则，各国家的学校、商会、培训机构均可提出加盟"孔子商学院"的申请。经过中国孔子商学院总部考核批准，授权加盟。
   
2. 各地孔子商学院要尊重中国孔子商学院SHK总部的指导，交纳加盟费用，享受特许经营系列项目的权益，统一规划和规范培训，开展各种商务和文化交流。

加盟条件：

1. 热爱和平，热爱世界大家庭，以人为本，与中国为友的各国培训机构和组织；
   
2. 在当地注册的正规法人培训机构，有一定的国际培训经验，有固定培训场所和管理人员，有本土培训业务及培训服务项目；
   
3. 在所在领域和地区有出色的成就，具有良好的社会形象和信誉的机构。

II. Benefits of franchising with SHK

All authorized franchisees of "Confucian Business School" shall enjoy the following 12 franchising benefits:

1. Franchisees will be qualified as the "Branch of Confucian Business School", which tablet shall be issued, and franchisees shall be part of the SHK's franchisee team. Franchisees are entitled to hold Business Mandarin course and Sinology Study and China Business course at their location, and award China Confucian Business head office graduation certificate to students;
   
2. Franchisees shall enjoy textbooks and course materials provided by SHK head office and regularly receive Chinese books. Franchisees can jointly develop online long-distance teaching and 1-to-1 tuition courses; and franchisees shall customize various types of Business Chinese and China Business training plan according to local market demands.
   
3. China will send excellent teachers for Mandarin language and China business course to franchisees to participate in their training classes; they shall coach your local face-to-face class, tutor franchisees' local students and train franchisees' local Mandarin language teachers.
   
4. We will provide Confucian Business School teaching website to franchisees as long-distance teaching means. Franchisees can promote their local course recruitment via the website and carry out network teaching.
   
5. We provide Chinese books and help franchisees in setting up Chinese language library; and each student shall be presented at least with one book free of charge.
   
6. We set up SHK examination venues for franchisees; we award elementary, intermediate and advanced Business Mandarin certificate to students who have taken the Chinese language course and those who would like to obtain the certificate for SHK Business Mandarin examination.
   
7. Franchisees shall become the regional agent of China Confucian Business School to represent SHK head office to continue develop downstream Confucian Business School chains within their region for expansion of training classes and scope.
   
8. Franchisees can corporate with SHK head office with their own projects, which China head office shall be responsible in promoting and representing such project in China.
   
9. Franchisees can be part of club branches of the local China Confucian Traders International Business Club; they can offer services among members and offer international business activities;
   
10. Franchisees are authorized to arrange local business students to take part in short-term courses, long-term business mandarin and business course at institutions and schools located in China; they can arrange students who are willing to come to universities at various major cities in China and students who are keen in practicing at local companies and wish to take up tour classes.
    
11. Franchisees shall accept business personnel from China to take part in various types of company training, tour class, practical training, etc. at their locations;
    
12. Franchisees can organize local personnel to work and study in China.

二、SHK特许待遇

凡授权加入"孔子商学院"的特许培训机构，均享受以下12项特许经营待遇：

1. 授予"孔子商学院分院"资格，发放牌匾，加入SHK特许培训连锁队伍。在当地举办商务汉语和中国国学及商务培训，颁发中国孔子商学院总部结业证书；
   
2. 享受SHK总部提供的培训教材和培训课件，定期赠送中国图书，联合开展网上远程教学和1vs1教学，并根据当地市场需求，度身定制多种商务汉语和中国商务培训计划。
   
3. 从中国国内派遣优秀汉语教学和优秀商务师资，共同参与培训业务，指导当地面授培训业务，辅导当地学员，并进行当地院校汉语教学师资的培训。
   
4. 为各地加盟机构提供孔子商学院教学网站，提供远程教学手段，宣传本地招生培训业务，进行网上教学辅导。
   
5. 提供中文图书，帮助加盟机构建立汉语图书室，并馈赠学员最低人手一册。
   
6. 设立SHK考试点，为经培训的学员和想获得该证书的各界学习汉语人士实施专业的SHK商务汉语水平考试，颁发初、中、高级商务汉语能力证书；
   
7. 成为本地区中国孔子商学院代理机构，代表SHK总部继续发展本地区下级连锁孔子商学院，扩大培训规模和范围；
   
8. 各加盟机构的自身项目可与SHK总部合作，由中国总部负责在中国国内开展项目推广和代理业务；
   
9. 可成为中国儒商国际商务俱乐部当地CRS分部，可以发展会员和开展会员服务和国际商务业务；
   
10. 授权组织本地商界学员到中国各地院校参加短期和长期的商务汉语和商务培训。并可根据学员意愿安排学员到中国各城市的大学和企业实习和旅游学习。
    
11. 接受中国国内组织的内地商界人士参加本地各种企业培训、旅游培训、实务培训；
    
12. 可成为组织本地人才到中国工作、学习的中介代理人才机构。

III. Franchise courses

SHK Business Chinese courses includes the following 8 training products:

1. Business Chinese local course
   To recruit business personnel students locally for Business Chinese course.
   
2. China Business course
   To hold China Business courses and China business seminars locally.
   
3. CNC training
   To hold CNC course and Confucianism course; and seminars relevant to them.
   
4. Web-based long-distance training
   To provide 1-to-1 business Chinese lesson via Confucian Business School's website and online business Chinese lessons.
   
5. Training of local teachers
   To train Chinese language teachers of the university, middle-high school, primary school and all training organizations.
   
6. Short-term courses in China
   To organize local business personnel to come to China for various forms of business Chinese, Chinese cultural and China business immersion classes such as short-term visit, study tour, orientation, etc.
   
7. Training of Chinese personnel
   To receive Chinese business personnel to your organization for various types of business trainings.
   
8. Business Chinese Proficiency Test
   To hold classes preparing students for SHK ability tests and to improve SHK course quality and standard.

三、特许培训项目

SHK商务汉语培训目前共设计以下八个主要培训产品：

1. 商务汉语本地培训
   在本地招收商界人士进行商务汉语培训。
   
2. 中国商务培训
   本地开设中国商务课程和中国商务讲座。
   
3. 中国国学培训
   在本地开设中国国学和儒商课程和有关内容的讲座。
   
4. 网络远程培训
   在孔子商学院教学网站进行1vs1商务汉语培训和在线商务汉语培训。
   
5. 本地教师培训
   培训本地大学、中学、小学和各培训机构的中文教师。
   
6. 来华短期培训
   组织本地商务人士赴华在中国院校和培训机构进行短期的考查、游学、实习等各种形式的商务汉语、中华文化和中国商务培训。
   
7. 中国人员培训
   接收中国的商务人士来本机构进行各种商务培训。
   
8. 商务汉语能力考试
   开设SHK能力考试培训和考试点，提高SHK培训质量和水平。

IV. SHK's franchising procedures

Franchising procedures:

1. Interested training organization should submit the franchising application for being a "Branch of Confucian Business School", teaching proposal (draft), status of local Chinese language teaching and development analysis report, qualification proof (ownership certificate or registration proof, etc.) to China Confucian Business School SHK head office under Liaoning Qiuyang Group;
   
2. SHK head office shall verify, inspect and appraise the qualifications and conditions of the applicant through various methods;
   
3. Sign <SHK Franchising Agreement>, train personnel of the franchisee;
   
4. Set up Confucian Business School Branch and relevant department, perform ceremony and receive business plaque officially.

Joining the franchise:

1. All Confucian Business School branches shall be the local chain franchisee representative organization directly under China SHK head office. They can continue to develop the downstream Confucian Business School sub-branch, which procedures are as above.
   
2. Profits received through courses, examination, etc. held by Confucian Business School branches in various locations shall be shared according to the capital input of respective co-operation agreement signed at respective regions;
   
3. The masters of Confucian Business School Branches shall be the deputy-masters of China Confucian Business School, and the masters of Confucian Business School Sub-Branches shall be the committee members of China Confucian Business School head office.
   
4. Confucian Business School Branch without performance result 6 months after setting up will be given warning; and branches without performance results 12 months after setting up will be disqualified, and name of Confucian Business School will be withdrew.
   
5. The franchise period shall be 3 years.

四、SHK加盟程序

加盟程序：

1. 有加盟意向的各国培训机构向中国秋阳翻译集团SHK总部提出"孔子商学院分院"的加盟申请信函、合作教学方案（草案）、当地汉语教学现状和发展分析报告、合作方资质证明文件（法人证书或注册证明等）；
   
2. SHK总部通过各种方式评定合作方的资质与条件，进行考查和考核；
   
3. 签署《SHK加盟机构授权协议》，培训加盟培训机构工作人员。
   
4. 成立孔子商学院分院理事会和相关部门，举行仪式，正式授匾挂牌。

加盟事宜：

1. 各地直属孔子商学院分院为中国SHK总部在本地区的连锁加盟代理机构，可继续发展本地区下级孔子商学院分院，程序如上。
   
2. 各地孔子商学院分院的培训、考试等项目合作具体内容和项目利润分配按各地区合作投入情况分别签署具体合作协议；
   
3. 直属孔子商学院分院院长为中国孔子商学院副院长，各地孔子商学院分院院长为中国SHK总部孔子商学院理事；
   
4. 孔子商学院成立后六个月内没有开展业务者则给予批评警告，一年内没有开展业务者取消资格，撤消孔子商学院称号。
   
5. 加盟期暂为三年。

V. Franchise fee

    All franchisees are required to pay USD10,000 to China Confucian Business School SHK head office as entrance fee to become the franchisee of "Confucian Business School". In principle, there will be one Confucian Business School Branch in one state (province) of a region.
    The Confucian Business School Branch that is directly under the China SHK head office can continue further developing the downstream Confucian Business School Sub-branch and receive entrance fee according to the above standard. The direct branch shall retain 40% of the entrance fee for development and management purpose, the rest are to be submitted to China SHK head office.

五、特许加盟费用

    各国培训机构加盟"孔子商学院"需向中国孔子商学院SHK总部交纳特许加盟费用：10,000美元。原则上一个州级（省级）一个地区成立一家直属孔子商学院分院。
    由直属中国SHK总部的孔子商学院分院继续发展本地区下级孔子商学院分院并按上标准收取加盟费用，直属分院可留取40%加盟费用用于发展和管理，其余上缴中国SHK总部。

VI. SHK's franchise management

1. The Confucian Business School franchisee should hold and develop various types of training courses of the Confucian Business School SHK head office according to rights and liabilities clauses stipulated in <Confucian Business School SHK Franchising Agreement>
   
2. The Confucian Business School franchisee should strictly hold and develop relevant training events and activities according to regulations of SHK head office and various related rules and regulations. All SHK franchisees should submit all rules and regulations and status of organization of personnel to the head office for record filings; they should also duly discuss with the head office regarding business strategies, work plans and project plan, etc. and receive confirmation from the head office before executing them.
   
3. The Confucian Business School franchisee should implement practices on work reporting, it should hold work meetings and annual meeting in order to strengthen liaison and communications between SHK head office and Confucian Business Schools in all regions. The Confucian Business School annual meeting shall be held annually in China or any other region.
   
4. The Confucian Business School Branch franchisees can directly lead the subordinating Confucian Business Schools, the SHK head office will not interfere on principle, however, it will provide same treatment.
   
5. In order to guarantee the Confucian Business School's operational features and teaching quality, SHK head office will carry out regular appraisal and review against all branches according to the franchising review system set, the appraisal should include: size of training courses, training performance, teaching quality, operation management, annual summary, development plan, etc. Branches do not meet up with performance expectations shall be given certain assistance and supports; branches do not have abilities to continue training courses shall be undergone adjustment change according to the agreement and appraisal system.
   
6. The financial calculation, supervisory and management system, the determination and implementation of relevant expenditure management, financial budget management and profit distribution system, etc. of franchisees of SHK should be determined separately according to respective investment input. SHK head office shall jointly develop all kinds of business activities and distribute business proceeds base on the principles of joint progress and win-win philosophy.

六、SHK加盟管理

1. 加盟孔子商学院要按照《孔子商学院SHK加盟机构授权协议》所载明的权利及义务条款开展孔子商学院SHK总部授权的各项培训活动。
   
2. 加盟孔子商学院应严格按照SHK总部章程以及各项规章制度开展相关培训业务及经营活动。要求各SHK加盟机构把各项规章制度、人员配置情况上报总部备案；经营战略、工作计划、项目策划应与总部及时沟通，得到总部确认指导后方可进行操作。
   
3. 加盟孔子商学院实行工作上报、工作例会、工作年会制，以便加强SHK总部与各地区孔子商学院的联系与沟通。每年在中国或其它地区召开一次孔子商学院年会。
   
4. 直属孔子商学院可直接领导下级孔子商学院，SHK总部原则上不介入管理，但提供相同待遇。
   
5. 为保证孔子商学院的办学特色和教学质量，SHK总部将按照制定的加盟考核制度对各学院进行定期评估和考核，考核内容包括：培训规模、培训绩效、教学质量、运行管理、年度工作总结、发展计划等。对于不符合条件的学院将予以一定的帮助及扶持；对于无力继续开展培训业务的学院，将根据协议及考核制度予以调整更换。
   
6. 加盟SHK培训机构的财务核算、监督与管理制度以及相关经营费用管理、财务预算管理、利润分配制度的制定与实施，根据合作投入具体情况分别制定。SHK总部将本着与各地SHK加盟机构一同进步、效益双赢的原则，共同开发举办各项商务活动，分配商务业务所获利润。
