I. Introduction to Business Chinese Course

    Business Chinese Training is an international language course (its abbreviation is SHK, i.e. SHANGWU HANYU KECHENG) offered globally by Confucian Business School.
    Confucian Business School has set up Confucian Business School franchise school in all countries to launch Business Chinese course. At the same time, it combines the conveniences and effective long-distance network teaching method to connect large bilingual teachers of China and business personnel from all countries who wish to learn Chinese language together through Confucian Business School (www.kz15.com) to carry out and promote one-to-one Business Chinese learning. It also recruits business personnel who wish to come to China for short-term studies and carry out regulate and intensive training.

一、商务汉语培训介绍

    商务汉语培训是孔子商学院在全球开展的国际语言培训项目（缩写为SHK，即SHANGWU HANYU KECHENG）。
    孔子商学院在各个国家建立孔子商学院连锁分院，在当地开展商务汉语培训。同时结合便捷有效的网络远程教学模式，把中国大陆的广大双语师资与各国想学汉语的商务人士连接在一起，通过孔子商学院（www.kz15.com）的双语教学网站，进行一对一的商务汉语的推广和教学。并招收各国来华短期学习的商务人士，进行规范和强化培训。

II. Teaching Methods

1. Network 1-to-1 teaching
   One Chinese teacher will be assigned to one student to carry out one-to-one training through modern network technology. Teaching means include: Both teacher and student shall own their own network video device, network voice device, telephone (short message service), e-mail, etc. and other communication methods.
   Duration of course semester: Lessons will be three times a week for each textbook, or 12 times per month, one can complete one textbook within three months.
   Course hours: Three lessons per week, each lesson will last for two class hours (90 minutes), one topic per lesson. Each textbook shall have 6 units or 36 topics for total three months' learning. The detail class hours will be confirmed upon discussion between the teacher and student.
   
2. Local face-to-face teaching:
   Confucian Business Schools will set classes in all places, and will recruit students locally on CNB Chinese Business course.
   The lesson time could be at weekends or after working hours. The venue shall be determined by the local Confucian Business School.
   
3. Classes in China
   Students from all countries can take lessons in China. Confucian Business School will arrange either tour class or intensive class for student to learn one textbook within three weeks.
   Students who took the abovementioned classes will be award a graduation certificate of the Confucian Business School after proficiency appraisal, those who obtain excellent results may take part in the SHK grading exam.

二、SHK教学方式

1. 网络1TO1教学
   由一名中国教师对一名学员，通过现代的网络技术进行培训。教学手段包括：师生各自拥有的网络视频、网络语音、电话（短信）、邮箱和其它通讯方式。
   教学学期：每册按每周三次学习，月12次学习，可在三个月内学完一册。
   教学时间：每周三次授课，每次两个课时（90分钟），每次一讲。每册教材六单元36讲共学习三个月。具体授课时间由师生协商确定。
   
   
2. 本地面授教学
   在各地孔子商学院办班，召收本地商界学员，面授CNB中国商务课程。
   上课时间可于周末集中培训或晚上业余时间培训。场地由本地孔子商学院确定。
   
   
3. 赴华面授教学
   各国学员可来中国境内学习培训。由孔子商学院安排采取旅游学习或集中授课方式，三周完成一册学习。
   经过以上方式学习的学员经统一考核后颁发孔子商学院结业证书。学习成绩优异者参加商务汉语等级考试。

III. Contents of SHK Course

    SHK Business Mandarin course adds the training of Chinese traditional culture and international business on the basis of Pu Tong Hua language learning, i.e. "Business Chinese (SHK) + Chinese National Culture (CNC) + Chinese Business (CNB)" the three-in-one course module, which will strengthen the time factor and practicality of Business Chinese, help foreign students to understand Chinese culture, master business knowledge, learn Chinese language and carry out all sorts of business and cultural exchange with China.
    Contents of SHK course
    <SHK Business Chinese> has 6 volumes in total, which shall be separated into Elementary Volume 1 and Elementary Volume 2; Intermediate Volume 1 and Intermediate Volume 2; Advanced Volume 1 and Advanced Volume 2, according to progress of the contents.
    The course content of each volume shall be separated into 6 units. That is the Etiquette Unit, Entertainment Communication Unit, Daily Communication Unit, Office Affair Unit, Business Market Unit and Business Negotiation Unit. Every Unit shall have 6 topics, and each textbook has totally 36 topics.
    Each volume shall be carried out progressively according to respective unit, from simple to complicated one, the contents will be gradually increased and expanded with teaching scope. At the same time, all units are linked and relevant to one another; each unit is both independent and related to another unit.
    Each lesson shall have 4 to 5 parts including texts on business scene, vocabulary words, summary and dialogue practice. Each unit shall have summary and comprehension reading text of that unit.
    Every lesson shall last for 2 class hours, and each textbook will need 72 hours.
    In order to let students master the contents of the course systematically according to respective units, the textbook also compile independent contents of each unit into separate volume. That is 300 SHK Sentences on Chinese Etiquette, 300 SHK Sentences on Communication, 300 SHK Sentences on Daily Life, 300 SHK Sentences on Office Affairs, 300 SHK Sentences on Market Investigation, and 300 SHK Sentences on Businese Negotiation, total 6 volumes.
    Every edition of textbook will be revised periodically, and contents will be replaced and substantiated and upgraded to new edition. Every edition of textbook will have the edition serial number.

三、SHK培训内容

    SHK商务汉语课程是在普通汉语语言教学的基础上充实中华传统文化和国际商务的培训内容，即"商务汉语（SHK）+国学儒商（CNC）+中国商务（CNB）"三者合一的培训模式，以增强商务汉语的时代性和实用性，帮助国外学员了解中国文化，掌握商务知识，学会用汉语与中国进行各种商务和文化交流。

    SHK教材内容
    《SHK商务汉语》教材共分六册，按内容进度分为初级上、下册，中级上、下册和高级上、下册。
    每册都按主体培训内容分为六大单元（篇）。即日常礼节篇、交际应酬篇、生活交流篇、办公事务篇、商务市场篇、商务洽谈篇。每单元有六讲，每册共36讲。
    各册教材内容按各自单元范围循序渐进，由简至繁，逐渐增加内容和扩大教学范围。同时各单元内容互相呼应，既有单元的独立性，又能够融会贯通。
    每讲内容有商务场景课文、单词学习、要点总结、聊天练习四个学习环节。每单元附单元总结和单元阅读。
    每讲内容为2个课时安排，每册为72个课时。
    为了使学员按单元系统掌握教学内容，本教材在初、中、高六册的基础上，将各大单元内容各单独合集为一册。即
    《SHK商务汉语日常礼节300句》、
    《SHK商务汉语交际应酬300句》、
    《SHK商务汉语生活交流300句》、
    《SHK商务汉语办公事务300句》、
    《SHK商务汉语商务市场300句》、
    《SHK商务汉语商务洽谈300句》等六册。
    每册教材将定期修订，更换和充实新内容升级为新版本。每册教材各有版本序列号。

IV. About SHK's teachers

    The SHK course of Confucian Business School has received large supports from China Qiuyang Translation Group and Qiuyang Translation College, which has strong team of Chinese language teachers with trained or professional translators background.
    The Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis can convene large pool of white-collar elites in various large cities in China for the Confucian Business School, and they are the outstanding, young and modern group working at the first-tier of businesses in China.
    After further course appraisal, we will select several hundreds of Mandarin language teachers (which will be continuously increasing). This batch of teachers are mainly involving business affairs, and they have sufficient understandings on Chinese culture and Chinese business, all of them can speak accurate Pu Tong Hua, they are proficient in simplified Chinese characters and have adequate English communication ability.
    This batch of outstanding teaching team can undertake part-time Mandarin language teaching tasks overseas and train students in standard Pu Tong Hua. They will teach the accurate pronunciation of Pu Tong Hua, the right simplified Chinese characters and train students to become the standard Chinese expert.
    Students can select teachers that suit themselves via information of teachers showed on the website, or opt for teachers to be arranged by the SHK head office.

V. Students Signing Up

1. Sign up registration: Business personnel and all students who are interested in signing up SHK courses at all places of the world and China, please fill-in the registration form.
   Please indicate the natural condition and contact manner of the student.
   Please indicate the textbook that is to be used.
   Please indicate the studies hours and scope.
   Please indicate the type of training method.
   Please select the serial number of the Chinese teacher preferred or allowing SHK head office to arrange a teacher.
   
2. Confirmation of identity and studies matter
   China Confucian Business School SHK head office will verify the identity and issue course enrolment notice.
   Teaching method and teaching hours will be discussed confirmed, teachers will be arranged.
   
3. Signing of course agreement
   A course agreement will be signed to confirm liabilities of both parties involving the course, and relevant contents regarding self-discipline will also be confirmed.
   
4. Submission of course fee
   Course fee: ★Single-star teacher USD20/lesson, totally USD720/semester (textbook)/3 months;
   ★★Double-star teacher USD50/lesson, totally USD1800/semester (textbook)/3 months;
   ★ ★★ Triple-star teacher USD100/lesson, totally USD3600/semester (textbook)/3 months;
   Cost of textbook: USD50 per textbook

五、SHK报名方式

1. 报名登记：各国商界人士、在华外藉人士及有意到中国各地进行商务及文化交流的外籍企业人士和学者均可报名参加培训。凡有意参加者请认真填写入学登记表。
   注明学员自然情况和联系方式。
   注明学习哪册教材。
   注明学习时间范围。
   注明接受哪种培训方式。
   注明挑选的中国教师或由SHK总部安排教师。
   
2. 身份核实和学习事项确认
   经中国孔子商学院SHK总部核实身份确认无误，发放培训录取通知。
   协商确定教学方式和教学时间，安排授课教师。
   
3. 签定教学协议
   签署教学协议书，明确双方教学责任，确定相关自律内容。
   
4. 缴纳费用
   授课费用：★单星普通教师20美元/次，共720美元/期（册）/三个月；
   ★★双星教师50美元/次，共1800美元/期（册）/三个月；
   ★★★三星教师100美元/次，共3600美元/期（册）/三个月。
   教材费：每册教材50美元。

VI. Graduation of SHK course

    Students will receive appraisal by Confucian Business School at the end of the semester of each course. The study quality will be determined and next study plan will be given.
    After the appraisal, students with qualified results will be awarded Confucian Business School Course Certificate, and students who studied more than 3 semesters will be awarded the Confucian Business School Graduation Certificate. Students that have been awarded SHK, CNB and CNC course certificates will become members of China Confucian Traders International Business Club.

六、SHK学习结业

    以上学习均在学习期满后接受SHK总部举办的考核。对学习质量给予判定并提出继续学习设计。
    经以上学习考核成绩合格的学员，颁发孔子商学院SHK学习证书。学习三期以上者，颁发孔子商学院SHK结业证书。获得SHK、CNB、CNC三项学习证书者成为中国儒商国际商务俱乐部会员。

VII. Student Service

All students who had studied at Confucian Business School are entitled to the following services:

1. To be listed under the alumni/alumna records of Confucian Business School for the purpose of communication on business information, and participation of all types of activities to be held by organizations at various locations.
   
2. To enjoy the rights for continuing Business Chinese course at Confucian Business School's SHK course website.
   
3. To enjoy discount when buying all kinds of Mandarin and bilingual books from Confucian Business School.
   
4. To assist students in developing all kinds of academic, cultural and business exchange activities in China.
   
5. To make use of the resources of the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis. Our widely dispersed teachers will provide the students with various conveniences involving their tour around China as well as living and working in China, and our students can also enjoy such service as tour, investigation, work permit, business activity, further studies, employment, etc.. In addition, the members from the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis will provide friendly assistance.
