I. SHK notice on teacher position

    All applicants for SHK business Chinese teachers (including Chinese students abroad) who have a suitable command of English and Chinese should complete the SHK Teacher Registration Form, and sign the SHK Teacher Agreement. Please note, this agreement should not be entered into lightly, as it will be strictly enforced.
    All applicants should then upload their personal information to the teacher list on the SHK teaching website of Confucian Business School. Resumes, a photograph, work and teaching experience, and references should all be attached. Their SHK teacher numbers, star-grades, previous results in teaching, current place of residence, and the courses they want to teach (SHK, CNB and CNC) must all be clearly indicated. They must be willing accept teaching assignments issued by the SHK head office, and must also note that their duties may include study tours, private tutoring, and so forth.
    Distribution of course pay: for 1 to 1, online Chinese teaching, the SHK head office will receive 30 percent of the total course fee. For teaching abroad or study tours, the division of course pay will be decided based upon the circumstances of each assignment.

一、SHK教师任职须知

    凡报名参加SHK商务汉语的各地白领双语人士（包括海外留学生），请认真填写SHK教师登记表，签署SHK教师协议书。
    教师资料将上传于孔子商学院商务汉语教学网站的教师榜，附有照片、简历和教学表述，注明SHK教师编号，星级等级和教学经验积分，注明所在城市，注明教授课程（SHK、CNB、CNC），以供学员选择，同时，接受SHK总部委派的教学业务以及游学等业务。
    课酬分配：1TO1（一对一）网上商务汉语教学，SHK总部原则上按学费的30%留取管理费用。出国任教和旅游学习视具体情况议定。

II. Requirements for the position of SHK teacher

1. All applicants should have a love of teaching, especially, of teaching Chinese, and must be willing to help spread traditional Chinese culture across the world.
   
2. All applicants should be able to speak Chinese without a strong accent, have a good command of Mandarin Chinese, and have some experience in Chinese training.
   
3. All applicants must speak at least one foreign language, of any variety, to a minimum of CET 4, and must hold a bachelor's degree.
   
4. There is a maximum age limit of 45 years for applicants who wish to teach Chinese abroad. For applicants who wish to teach Chinese online, there is no age requirement. As we are an equal opportunities employer, both male and female applicants will be considered.
   
5. All applicants should be familiar with the Internet, familiar with modern communications technology, and be accustomed to teaching online.
   
6. All applicants must exhibit self-discipline and faith, treat students with compassion, participate in teacher training, observe other teachers in action and learn from them, and be subject to teaching supervision and evaluation.

二、SHK教师任职条件

1. 热爱对外汉语教学工作，有志于推动汉语和中国文化在全球的传播；
   
2. 有中国普通话标准口音，能熟练应用汉语普通话，有一定的培训工作经验；
   
3. 有相应外语基础，语种不限，四级能力以上，大学本科学历；
   
4. 出国教师年龄在45岁以下，网络教师年龄不限。性别不限；
   
5. 有熟练应用网络的经验和相应的网络设备及规律的教学时间；
   
6. 能自律守信，儒雅待人。能接受教学培训，保证教学质量。能服从教学分配，接受教学监督和检查。

III. SHK procedure on teacher employment

1. All applicants should complete the Business Chinese Teacher Registration Form and submit their photos, resumes, previous experience and references, and proof of any relevant qualifications.
   
2. All applicants have an initial evaluation interview evaluation (usually online).
   
3. All applicants should then take either a correspondence, or a classroom based, teacher training course. Those who successfully pass after completing their training will now become qualified to teach SHK Chinese online or abroad.
   
4. All qualifying applicants who accept the position of teacher, and accept and understand the required teaching agreement, can immediately begin work as an official SHK teacher.
   
5. All teachers' 3-star ratings will be determined according to their depth and quality of knowledge, their past experience in business, and in teaching, and any relevant qualifications. Once this has been determined, they will be uploaded to the teacher list on the SHK teaching website.

三、SHK教师聘用程序

1. 填写商务汉语教师登记表，提供照片、个人简历、教学表述和相关资历证明；
   
2. 面试（以视频为主）考核；
   
3. 接受函授或面授教学培训，经考核合格者具备SHK网络教师或外派教师资格；
   
4. 接受教学任务明确教学协议，正式开展商务汉语教学工作；
   
5. 根据国学修养、商务资历和教学经验确定教学积分和星别，上传于教学网站教师榜。

IV. Explanation of the treatment of SHK Business Chinese Teachers

1. Course pay
   All SHK teachers will receive course pay from the SHK head office, based upon hours taught and the method of teaching used (the SHK head office will receive 30 percent of the total course fee, as a management fee). All SHK teachers have the right to access all Confucian Business School online textbooks free of charge.
   
   
2. Teaching abroad
   Those who excel in their teaching assignments may be selected as international Chinese teachers by SHK head office to provide services abroad, and will enjoy privileged treatment and pay while on assignment. Once selected, you will be eligible for international teaching assignments for a period of three years.
   
   
3. Training priority
   All SHK teachers receive preferential access to the various training courses covering Chinese NC, translation, corporate management and vocational skills organized by the training institutions under Confucian Business School; and by the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis.
   
   
4. Employment priority
   The SHK head office will enter all SHK teachers into the employment databases of the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis and provide recommendations on their behalf to foreign and local enterprises, and seek to provide opportunities for employment across the globe.
   
   
5. Membership of the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis
   Those who are selected to be SHK teachers will also become the members of the Great Chinese Alliance for Survival in Metropolis, with all the rights and benefits due thereof. They are free to join all activities organized by the Translation Club, the Great Chinese Club, and to participate in projects concerning the Great Chinese cultural industry. 四、SHK教师教学待遇

1. 课酬待遇
   由SHK总部按不同授课方式和授课课时发放课时费酬金（总部原则留取30%管理费用）。享受免费阅读孔子商学院所有在线教材待遇。
   
   
2. 出国待遇
   在教学过程中表现优秀者，可担任SHK总部外派汉语教师，享受员工待遇及出国津贴。合格师资获得外派资格后可在三年内有效，接受外派商务汉语出国教学任务。
   
   
3. 培训待遇
   优惠参加孔子商学院和大中文联盟所属培训机构举办的国学、翻译、企管、职业技能等各种培训科目。
   
   
4. 就业待遇
   纳入大中文猎头人才库，优先推荐外企和科技企业就业，同时提供境外就业机会。
   
   
5. 大中文会员待遇
