Teacher Position Agreement

- All teachers shall observe and respect laws, beliefs
and customs of China and students' countries, and
don't talk about politics; language teaching is the
unique purpose.
- All teachers shall embrace Confucius, show respect
to Confucianism, promote traditional Chinese culture,
understand the ideas of Great Chinese for high quality
city survival, respect the Great Chinese Alliance
for Survival in Metropolis and Confucian Business
School, and maintain the image of Chinese teachers.
- All teachers shall respect students and treat them
with complaisance, insist on self-discipline and self-love
for friendship with students, and make full efforts
to spread traditional Chinese culture.
- All teachers shall participate in training courses
concerning teaching and network technology, improve
traditional Chinese culture, business knowledge and
foreign language, benefit from teaching, execute teaching
plan and ensure teaching quality by all possible means;
- All teachers shall strictly perform the teaching
agreement, faithfully observe teaching time. If one
is absent on urgent business, give a prior notice
to students or inform the head office for replacement.
- All teachers shall obey the teaching arrangement
of the SHK head office, and accept the specified standards
for course pay and distribution. All teachers shall
not pick or refuse students.
- In case student' complaints for inappropriate teaching
are verified, the SHK head office will make prompt
arrangements, and give the responsible teachers punishments,
such as inside criticism, notice criticism on line,
serious warning or disqualification according to circumstances,
- All teachers are forbidden to take private lessons
in the name of SHK teachers or continue to give private
lessons after course expiration. In case such circumstances
are found out, the responsible teachers will be disqualified
through notice and will never be employed.
- All teachers shall keep calm for students' impolite
claims or excessive disturbances outside teaching.
If they are extremely excessive, teachers shall keep
relevant evidence and have the right to appeal to
the SHK head office, which will be engaged in solving
them after verification.
- All teachers shall take language teaching as purpose.
All contacts between teachers and students outside
teaching have no bearing on the SHK head office, such
as business communication, exchange visits, friendship
and economic relationship. The SHK head office will
give blessing to sound development resulted from such
contacts, and will not be responsible for any undesirable
effects.
- 遵守和尊重中国和学员国家法律、信仰和习俗，不谈政治，语言教学为唯一目的。
- 信奉孔子，敬重儒学，弘扬中华文化，理解大中文的高质量都市生存理念，尊重大中文联盟和孔子商学院，维护中国汉语教师形象。
- 尊重学员，儒雅待人，自律自爱，建立师生友情，努力做一名中华文化交流使者。
- 接受教学培训和网络技术指导，努力学习中华国学和商务知识，提高外语水平，教学相长，尽心尽力执行教学计划，完成教学内容，保证教学质量。
- 严格履行教学约定，守时守信，遵守教学时间，有急事不能按时上课请提前通知学员，或及时通知总部安排代课教师。
- 服从SHK总部的教学安排，接受规定的课酬标准和分配标准。不得挑剔和拒收学员。
- 因为教学不当引发的学员投诉，经核实后由SHK总部进行调整，同时视不同情节给予内部提醒批评、网上通告批评、严重警告和除名处分，并扣发相应课酬费用。
- 不允许以SHK教师名义私自接收学员或课程期满后继续私自授课。一经查明则通告除名永不录用。
- 对学员教学外的无礼要求和过份骚扰，教师要保持克制，实属过份则要保存证据，有向SHK总部申诉的权利，由SHK总部核实进行调整处理。
- 任职教师以语言教学为目的。对教学以外的师生接触，包括商务、互访、友情、经济等往来与SHK总部无关，由此产生的良好发展SHK总部表示祝福，产生的不良后果SHK总部概不负责。
