In order to differentiate different levels of teachers for SHK teaching, as well as pursuing higher teaching quality, SHK head office has set up a star-rated system for teachers according to their attributes and abilities so that more direct assurance on course efficiency can be provided to students.

    SHK teachers are rated by three levels:

    ★ Single-star ordinary teacher: CET Band-4, able to have normal communication with students, has certain teaching experiences and able to complete teaching tasks according to course materials.
    Remuneration standard: USD20/lesson 90 minutes (60 minutes new lesson, 30 minutes revision)

     ★★Double-star teacher: CET Band-6, able to hold fluent communications with students, has certain teaching experiences and working experiences, has Pu Tong Hua Certificate and able to teach traditional Chinese culture (TCC) and business courses.
    Remuneration standard: USD50/lesson 90 minutes new lesson + 30 minutes conversion.

    ★★★Triple-star teacher: English major level-8, graduates from normal college, able to hold fluent communications with student, has proficient teaching experience, has rich working experience and business resources, has deep understanding and knowledge on TCC, able to teach Chinese business and TCC courses proficiently, has Pu Tong Hua Certificate and Certificate for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.

    Remuneration standard: USD100/lesson 90 minutes teaching + 30 minutes conversation + determine students course curriculum + extra tuition outside ordinary class.

    The star level of SHK teacher shall be appraised and announced by the SHK head office at the application of the teacher concerned. It is allowed to apply for any two or three star levels at the same time.

    为了区别中国商务汉语教师资质的不同，追求更高的教学质量，SHK总部根据教师的素质和能力，设定教师星级制度，为学员的学习效果提供更直接的保障。

    共分为三个级别的星级SHK教师：

    ★单星普通教师：外语四级程度，能与学员正常沟通，有一定培训经验，能按照教材完成教学任务。
    课酬参考标准为20美元/次 90分钟（60分新课30分钟复习预习）

    ★★双星高级教师：外语六级程度，能与学员熟练沟通，有相当培训经验，有商务工作经验，有普通话证书，可以教授国学和商务课程。
    课酬参考标准：50美元/次 90分钟授课+30分钟聊天

    ★★★三星特级教师：外语专业八级程度，师范专业，能自由与学员交流，有熟练培训经验，有丰富商务经历和商务资源，有深厚的国学底蕴和知识，能熟练教授中国商务和中国国学课程，有普通话和对外汉语教学证书。

    课酬参考标准：100美元/次 90分钟授课+30分钟聊天+定制学员课程+日常课外辅导。

     SHK教师评星由教师本人提出申请，经SHK总部评定后公布。可根据教师情况兼评。
