Credit and Penalty System for Teaching
教学经验积分奖惩制度
 

    In order to ensure both fair and equitable treatment, and to ensure SHK provides the best possible service to both teachers and students, the following system of credits and penalties has been developed for our use, and will be trialed throughout 2007. The aim is to ensure the accuracy and honesty of teacher's 3-star ratings, enhance the quality and standards of the teaching provided to students, and to ensure that students may choose the teachers that posses the skills they need.
    Teaching experience is composed of fundamental credit and teaching credit:

教学经验积分由基础积分和教学积分组成:

Fundamental credits (accumulation is repeatable):

Foreign language level-4 50 credits
Foreign language level-6 50 credits
Normal College 50 credits
Professional level-8 100 credits
Pu Tong Hua Certificate level-2 and above 100 credits
Chinese language teaching certificate 100 credits
Chinese Language Teacher for foreign learner 100 credits
Translation Certificate 100 credits
Work experience as a teacher 100 credits

基础积分(可重复累计):

外语四级 50分 外语六级 50分 师范专业 50分 专业八级100分
普通话2级以上证书100分 汉语教学资格证书100分
对外汉语专业100分 翻译资格证书100分 在职教师100分

Teaching credits:

For one semester's teaching (3 months) 20 credits
If a teacher's student has successfully passed any HSH or SHK exams 50 credits.
For any original work that has is published on SHK's website 2 credits per essay
If an essay has been adopted as course text; 5 credits per essay
If a commendation is received from a student, praising a teacher's work 5 credits per commendation
Serving as a relief teacher in case of an absence by a fellow member of staff 5 credits per booking.

教学积分:

教授一期(三个月)课程20分;教授的学员通过HSK、SHK各级考试50分;SHK教学论坛发表原创双语文章2分/篇,文章被教材引用5分/篇;SHK总部收到学员表扬(在论坛师生交流栏目发贴和其它形式)5分/次;临时代课5分/次。

Credit awards:

    1000 credits: USD1 will be awarded for each extra credit; a cash settlement will be provided at 500 credit intervals.
    3000 credits: USD2 will be awarded for each extra credit; a cash settlement will be provided at 500 credit intervals.
    5000 credits: USD3 will be awarded for each extra credit; a cash settlement will be provided at 500 credit intervals.
    10,000 credits: USD5 will be awarded for each extra credit; a cash settlement will be provided at 500 credit intervals.

积分奖励:

    积分达1000分以上者,每增加一个积分则奖励1美元;每500积分兑奖。
    积分达3000分以上者,每增加一个积分则奖励2美元;每500积分兑奖。
    积分达5000分以上者,每增加一个积分则奖励3美元;每500积分兑奖。
    积分达10000分以上者,每增加一个积分则奖励5美元;每500积分兑奖。

Deduction of credits:

    If a complaint is made against a teacher, and is upheld: 10 credits per complaint Absence from class 10 credits per absence Harmful or degrading behavior against a person or nation 10 credits per infringement If a Teacher's total credits reach zero or less, their name will be deleted from the register.

扣分:

    学员投诉扣10分/次,缺课扣10分/次,有损人格国格行为10分/次,扣至零分者除名。
